The answer on question 3 of the numbers and operations (online) says that .3025<.05...

Hi there!

We have checked the online answer key to question #3 of this chapter but do not see the extra characters <.05. It could be an issue with browser compatibility. May I ask what device and browser you were using? So far our programmers haven't found any issues with Firefox and Google Chrome.

For question number 3 on the online problem I am not understanding how .3025 is smaller than .05 is there an

Chapter 2 review questions in the book: question number 11 regarding the division of scientific notation the book answer says its 0.5 * 10^3 (B). I believe that is incorrect or that another answer maybe possible with 5.0 * 10^2 (E).
