Q5 of Warm Up excercises
May someone please explain to me why is the answer A but not C?
Is it asking about the total distance travelled within the mirror before leaving it?
Thank you!

Re: Chapter 8 : Applied Mathematics
Hi jfu.green,
The circular mirror has a radius of 5, meaning that its diameter is 5 x 2 = 10.
Where the light begins at one edge of the mirror and travels through the center point to the other side, the total distance would have been 10. This fits with Answer Choice A. Hope this helps!
